Yoga Teacher Training & Immersion Programs
PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT
Please carefully read all the terms and conditions of this contract detailed below before purchasing a place on any program with HAUM Space (hereinafter, \u201cCompany\u201d). For and in consideration for being permitted to participate in the Yoga Teacher Training or Immersion program you have selected, you agree to accept and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
PART A — YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
1. YOGA TEACHER TRAINING DETAILS
Yoga Teacher Training details for the product in your cart, such as information about the destination, accommodations, departure and return dates, any included meals, any included transportation, nature of our training, payment details and due dates can be found on the HAUM website (www.haum.space) (the Website).
In addition to in-person training, we also offer select Yoga Teacher Trainings as online, self-paced programs. Details specific to the delivery format—whether in-person or online—are outlined clearly on the relevant training page on the Website.
PLEASE READ AND ENSURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING DETAILS AND POLICIES DETAILED HEREIN PRIOR TO CHECKING OUT.
2. REGISTRATION
To reserve a spot for the Yoga Teacher Training, you must register your interest to the corresponding Yoga Teacher Training of your choice by clicking the register your interest link on the Website. You will then receive a confirmation of acceptance via email, confirming your eligibility for the Yoga Teacher Training. Your deposit is then due within three (3) business days from the date of your confirmation of acceptance. You will NOT have a reserved spot for the Yoga Teacher Training if you fail to provide your deposit within three (3) business days of the date of your confirmation of acceptance.
For online, self-paced Yoga Teacher Trainings, payment is required either (1) in full at the time of enrolment or (2) via a payment plan consisting of three (3) monthly installments. Access to the Training will only be granted once the first instalment (or full payment) is received. Full details of payment options are outlined on the relevant training page on the Website.
3. CONFIRMATION AND ITINERARY SUBJECT TO MODIFICATION (IN-PERSON TRAININGS ONLY)
After HAUM receives your deposit, you will receive an email confirming that payment was received. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email within five (5) business days of paying your deposit. Thereafter, we may send you, and you consent to receive, correspondence related to the in-person Yoga Teacher Training and HAUM Space including the itinerary for the training.
This itinerary is subject to change, and HAUM Space expressly reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any time due to the availability of third-party vendors, weather conditions, local conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control (see also Section 9 below).
4. ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS (IN-PERSON TRAININGS ONLY)
You acknowledge that HAUM Space is not responsible for any issues, changes, or modifications to the accommodation at our chosen location during the duration of the Yoga Teacher Training. You acknowledge that you stay at our chosen location at your own risk. You must disclose any allergies, intolerances, special dietary requirements and/or sensitivities to food to HAUM Space at the time of booking. Whilst all care will be taken during the preparation of food in accordance with any allergies, intolerances, special dietary requirements and/or sensitivities, you will not hold the HAUM Space or HAUM Space parties liable for any losses, illnesses, or sicknesses incurred by you during the Yoga Teacher Training as a result of any allergies, intolerance, special dietary requirements and/or sensitivities.
5. PAYMENT TERMS (IN-PERSON TRAININGS)
(1) Total Payment
The Total Payment is due in full ninety (90) days prior to the departure date of the Yoga Teacher Training specified on the Website (the Payment Due Date). If HAUM Space does not receive your total payment on or before the payment due date, HAUM Space may cancel your reservation without notice.
(2) Deposit
Your deposit is due within three business days after the date of your confirmation of acceptance. Your Deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
(3) Early-Bird Pricing
In order to receive early-bird pricing that may be advertised on the website at any given time, your deposit and total payment must be received on or before the final date of the early bird period as advertised on the website at that time.
(4) Currency & Charges
All pricing, unless otherwise specified, is in Australian Dollars. Any charges incurred from foreign currency conversion or transactions are your sole responsibility and you will not hold HAUM Space liable for any such charges.
(5) Credit Card Fees
You may be charged a fee for paying by credit card. This surcharge is in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act and is in the amount equal to that charged by our financial provider in order to process the payment. The appropriate rates are published under the terms and conditions tab of our website.
5. PAYMENT TERMS (ONLINE SELF-PACED YOGA TEACHER TRAININGS ONLY)
(1) Total Payment
For online self-paced Yoga Teacher Trainings, the Total Payment is due either (a) in full at the time of enrolment or (b) via a payment plan consisting of three (3) monthly installments. Access to the training platform will only be granted once the first payment is received.
(2) Early-Bird Pricing
To be eligible for early-bird pricing (if applicable), your first instalment or full payment must be received on or before the advertised early-bird cut-off date, as listed on the Website.
(3) Currency & Charges
All pricing is listed in Australian Dollars unless otherwise noted. Any foreign currency conversion fees or international transaction charges are your responsibility.
(4) Credit Card Fees
A surcharge may apply to payments made by credit card. This surcharge complies with the Competition and Consumer Act and reflects the amount charged by our payment provider. Applicable rates are listed under the Terms and Conditions section of our Website.
6. AIRFARES, TRANSFERS, PASSPORT, VISA AND RELATED ITEMS (IN-PERSON TRAININGS)
You are responsible for purchasing, booking, and confirming airfares for travel to and from the Yoga Teacher Training. HAUM Space bears no responsibility for cancelled or delayed flights or any associated losses to you as a result, including delayed arrival to any country or location in order to attend the Yoga Teacher Training. You are responsible for ensuring your timely arrival to the country or location of the Yoga Teacher Training. You are responsible for purchasing your own transfer to and from the airport at both your point of departure and at the country or location of your Yoga Teacher Training. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid passport and all appropriate visas, permits, certificates, and/or other required documentation for the countries, jurisdictions, parks, areas, etc. you will visit during the Yoga Teacher Training. HAUM Space is not responsible if you are denied entry or exit to/from any country or location due to a lack of valid documentation.
7. TRAVEL INSURANCE (IN-PERSON TRAININGS)
We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance for the Yoga Teacher Training. You are solely responsible for the cost of any travel insurance and ensuring that you are adequately insured for the full duration of the Yoga Teacher Training with respect to possible illness, injury, death, property damage, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and/or curtailment, and/or any other potential losses, damages, costs, expenses, or liabilities (collectively Losses). You will be solely responsible for any Losses related to your failure to procure travel insurance. HAUM Space is not responsible for any Losses you incur and/or sustain.
8. WEATHER (IN-PERSON TRAININGS)
HAUM Space bears no responsibility for any losses caused by inclement weather including but not limited to tsunamis, cyclones, volcanic ash clouds, or any other natural phenomena that may impact the Yoga Teacher Training or that may impact your travel to and from the country or location of the Yoga Teacher Training in any way. HAUM Space will not provide any refunds, discounts, or credits for late arrival or early departure from the Yoga Teacher Training due to weather, delays, commitments, or for any other reason.
9. CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
CHANGES
HAUM Space reserves the right to make changes to any and all aspects of the Yoga Teacher Training (which may include, without limitation, changes to the structure, format, availability of content, or delivery method of the Training) if, in HAUM Space's sole discretion, such changes are deemed necessary due to technical updates, improvements, third-party platform adjustments, or any other reason considered commercially or educationally necessary by HAUM Space. You will not be eligible for any refunds of any amounts based on any such changes to the Yoga Teacher Training.
CANCELLATIONS
a. By HAUM Space
HAUM Space reserves the right to revoke access or cancel your enrollment in the Yoga Teacher Training if your Total Payment is not received on or before the Payment Due Date. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. HAUM Space further reserves the right to discontinue or withdraw the Yoga Teacher Training for any reason, including but not limited to platform shutdown, loss of digital infrastructure, or other unforeseeable events beyond its control. In the unlikely event the Training is permanently discontinued before access has been granted, HAUM Space may, at its sole discretion, offer a transfer to a future comparable program. No monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
b. By You — General Cancellations
All payments made by you (including deposits and balances) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. By enrolling in the Training, you understand and agree that no refunds will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, change in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, failure to complete the program, lack of engagement, technical issues on your end, or dissatisfaction with the Training format. Once access to the Training platform has been granted, you forfeit any right to request cancellation or a refund.
c. Medical Exception
If you are unable to attend the Yoga Teacher Training due to a severe and unforeseen medical condition, you may apply to transfer your enrolment to a future intake, subject to all of the following conditions being met:
A valid doctor's note or medical certificate, clearly stating that you are medically unfit to attend on the specified dates, must be submitted in writing to hello@haum.space no later than 14 days prior to the Training commencement date. Requests submitted after this date will not be considered.
A non-refundable administration fee of $250 AUD is payable upon approval of your transfer. Your place in the future intake will not be confirmed until this fee is received.
The transfer must be applied to a future intake of the same or equivalent program and used within 12 months of the original commencement date. After this period, any entitlement is forfeited with no further recourse.
This Medical Exception may only be utilised once per original enrolment. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled Training for any reason, no further transfer, credit, or refund will be issued.
HAUM Space reserves the right to approve or decline any transfer request at its sole discretion. Submission of a doctor's note does not guarantee approval.
d. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend or access the Training without prior written notice to HAUM Space, your enrolment is forfeited in full. No refund, credit, transfer, or deferral will be provided. The Medical Exception outlined in Section 9(c) does not apply retroactively to a no-show.
e. Name Changes & Third-Party Transfers
Your enrollment in the Yoga Teacher Training is personal and non-transferable. You may not gift, sell, or transfer your place to another individual under any circumstances.
f. Payment Plan Default
If you have entered into a payment plan and fail to make a scheduled installment by the due date, HAUM Space reserves the right to cancel your enrollment without notice. All amounts paid to date are non-refundable. HAUM Space may, at its discretion, allow a grace period of 7 days before actioning cancellation.
g. Effect of Changes or Cancellation
In the event of any change or cancellation under this Section 9, you acknowledge that you will have no right to a refund of any amount (whether in whole or in part), and no right to claim compensation for any liabilities or losses incurred as a result of changes, modifications, or cancellation of the Training. HAUM Space bears no responsibility for any indirect or consequential loss.
10. PHOTOS, VIDEO, OTHER MEDIA RELEASE
By and in consideration for being permitted to participate in the Yoga Teacher Training, you irrevocably grant HAUM Space and its agents and representatives all rights to use, reproduce, display, exhibit, publish, distribute, and/or produce derivative works based on your image, likeness, and voice as recorded by any camera and/or on any video, audio, and/or other media (collectively, Likeness) worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation, payment, or other additional consideration of any kind, for any lawful purpose, including without limitation for marketing and trade purposes. You understand that your Likeness may be used in various publications, promotional or marketing materials, and/or social media, unrestricted by time or geographic area. You hereby waive the right to inspect or approve any and all materials in which your Likeness may appear. This release applies to all photographic, audio, and/or video recordings collected as part of, in connection with, and/or during the Yoga Teacher Training.
For online self-paced Yoga Teacher Trainings, you additionally grant HAUM Space the right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute any final video submissions or other media materials you provide as part of course requirements, for lawful purposes including marketing and promotional use, without additional compensation or approval rights.
11. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION IN STRENUOUS ACTIVITY
You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in the Yoga Teacher Training, which may include strenuous physical activity including without limitation walking, running, hiking, dancing, climbing, swimming, jumping, yoga, plyometrics, and various other exercises or physical activity (Physical Activity). You acknowledge that you are fully aware of the risks and hazards connected with participation in the Yoga Teacher Training and/or engaging in Physical Activity, which may include the risk of serious injury (e.g., heart attacks, muscle strains, pulls, tears, broken bones, shin splints, and other illnesses) or death, and you hereby elect to voluntarily participate in such Physical Activities as part of the Yoga Teacher Training.
12. HEALTH AND FITNESS ELIGIBILITY
You represent that you are over the age of eighteen (18) and are healthy, in good physical and mental health, and are at a level appropriate to participate in, and are fully capable of participating in, the Yoga Teacher Training. You further represent that you do not suffer from any medical conditions or disabilities that may restrict, limit, prevent, or preclude your participation in the Yoga Teacher Training, including any Physical Activities. You have consulted with your physician and your physician has authorised you to participate in the Yoga Teacher Training, including any Physical Activities.
You are hereby advised that the Yoga Teacher Training may take place in remote areas where there is little or no access to traditional medical services or hospital facilities for serious health issues. Any medical or evacuation expenses will be your sole responsibility. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse your participation in the Yoga Teacher Training, Physical Activities, and/or any other activities, due to medical, fitness, or other grounds.
13. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You understand that serious accidents may occur during Physical Activities, including without limitation yoga and during the Yoga Teacher Training, and that participants can sustain fatal and/or serious personal injury. Understanding and in full consideration of the foregoing, you agree to solely and exclusively assume full and complete responsibility for and the risks inherent in travel and engaging in Physical Activity (including yoga) which may include injury, death, property damage, and/or any other kind of liability, whether foreseen or unforeseen, which may occur during your participation in the Yoga Teacher Training. In no event will HAUM Space be liable for any liabilities arising from or in connection with your participation in the Yoga Teacher Training.
14. INJURY
In the event you are injured while participating in the Yoga Teacher Training, you agree to assume all financial obligations for any and all medical costs you incur. You acknowledge and agree that in no event shall HAUM Space and/or any HAUM Space party be liable or responsible for any losses or liabilities arising out of your participation in the Yoga Teacher Training.
15. WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE
In consideration for participating in the Yoga Teacher Training, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for and hereby release, waive, discharge, do not hold liable, and covenant not to sue HAUM Space, its officers, members, agents, contractors, employees, volunteers, guides, and other representatives (each a company party and collectively, the company parties) for any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, and/or losses whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to your travel to and/or participation in the Yoga Teacher Training and/or any activities conducted in connection therewith, regardless of whether such liabilities are caused by the negligence of any company party or otherwise, to the fullest extent.
16. INDEMNITY
You further hereby agree to indemnify and to not hold liable the company parties for any and all liabilities (including without limitation court costs and attorneys' fees) that one or more of the company parties may incur as a result of your participation in the Yoga Teacher Training, whether caused by the negligence of any company party or otherwise (but excluding any gross negligence or wilful misconduct of a company party), to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.
17. BINDING EFFECT
It is your express intent that this Agreement shall bind the members of your family and spouse, if you are alive, and your heirs, assigns and personal representative, if you are deceased, and shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE any of the HAUM Space Parties.
18. GENERAL
(1) Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and HAUM Space and supersedes any prior agreement, regarding the subject matter herein. You acknowledge and represent that no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from those set forth herein, have been made to you by any HAUM Space Party.
(2) Force Majeure
If HAUM Space is prevented (directly or indirectly) from performing any of its obligations under this agreement by reason of any Act of God, strike, trade dispute, fire, inclement weather, breakdown, interruption of transportation networks/means, government or political action, acts of war or terrorism, acts or omissions of a third party, or for any other cause whatsoever outside of HAUM Space's reasonable control, company will be under no liability whatsoever to you and may, at company's sole discretion, by written notice to you, either cancel the Yoga Teacher Training pursuant to section 9 or take any other reasonable action.
(3) Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
(4) Severability
Any provision in this contract which is invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction is to be read down for the purposes of that jurisdiction, if possible, so as to be valid and enforceable, and is otherwise capable of being severed to the extent of the invalidity or unenforceability, without affecting the remaining provisions of this contract or affecting the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.
(5) Waiver
The failure or delay by HAUM Space to enforce or exercise any provisions of this Agreement shall not constitute or be deemed a waiver of such provision or any other provisions herein.
(6) Headings
The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and in no way define, limit, or describe the scope or intent of any provisions herein.
19. PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
(1) I have been examined by a Licensed Medical Practitioner (Practitioner) within the past six months and have been found by such Practitioner able to perform all vigorous stretching and Yoga and/or Movement Practices which I am to perform during my Yoga Teacher Training with HAUM Space.
(2) I will follow all instructions given to me by HAUM Space, its Coaches and any Guest Coaches or affiliates at the Yoga Teacher Training as to when, where and how to perform and not to perform the Yoga and/or Movement Practices.
(3) I agree and acknowledge that participation in any Yoga Teacher Training could constitute a risk of serious injury to myself, including permanent paralysis or death. I voluntarily and knowingly recognise, accept and assume this risk and warrant that I am physically fit and able to perform the physical activities at the Yoga Teacher Training without risking serious injury, including permanent paralysis or death.
(4) I acknowledge that neither HAUM Space, its Owners, Coaches or Employees shall be nor be deemed to be responsible or liable (whether in contract or in tort or under any statute whatsoever), for any injury, illness or other mishap I sustain arising from or out of, or in any way directly or indirectly connected with the Yoga Teacher Training.
(5) I understand and acknowledge that I am to receive instruction in Yoga and/or Movement practices and theory only. HAUM Space, its Owners, Coaches or Employees are not liable for, nor expected to provide any advice, training or medical assistance other than in the form of the Yoga and/or Movement Practices.
(6) I indemnify and will at all times hereafter keep fully indemnified HAUM Space, its Owners, Coaches, Representatives or Employees from and against all actions, suits, causes of action, proceedings, claims, costs and expenses whatsoever which may be taken or made against HAUM Space in connection with or arising out of any such injury, illness or mishap to me.
(7) In the event that I am pregnant, I will not attend a Masterclass, Workshop or Private Coaching until I have discussed the potential risks to me or my unborn child with my physician. I agree that I will follow my physician's recommendations and on behalf of myself, my heirs, spouse or other interested party do not hold HAUM Space, its owners, coaches or employees liable for any possible injury to myself or my unborn child.
(8) The deposit paid by me at the time of booking Yoga Teacher Training to HAUM Space is non-refundable. HAUM Space may in its sole discretion grant refunds to me without prejudicing any of its rights.
(9) I understand that if I fail to attend all aspects of the Yoga Teacher Training or lack the skills necessary for participation, it is within HAUM Space's rights to dismiss me from further participation in the program.
(10) I understand that if my behaviour is disruptive to other participants and HAUM Space that HAUM Space may, in their discretion, dismiss me from further participation in the program.
(11) I understand that if I am dismissed from the program as outlined in 19(9) or 19(10) any refund of payment is at the sole discretion of HAUM Space.
20. CHANGES IN TERMS
You acknowledge that HAUM Space may at any time and for any reason change, alter, remove or add terms to this agreement without a requirement for your consent. If any such terms are changed, altered, removed or added HAUM Space will notify and provide you with an updated copy of such terms. Any change, alteration, removal or addition of terms will not apply retrospectively, unless expressly stated in the term. You are not eligible for any refund, discount or credit should the change, alteration, removal or addition of a term cause you any loss, damage or inconvenience.
21. YOU ARE AWARE OF THE POTENTIAL DANGERS INCIDENTAL TO PARTICIPATING IN THE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING, AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS IS A CONSENT, RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A WAIVER OF YOUR LEGAL RIGHT TO COLLECT DAMAGES IN THE EVENT OF INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY, WHICH CREATES A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND HAUM SPACE. BY YOUR SIGNATURE BELOW, IT IS YOUR INTENTION TO EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND ANY OTHER LIABILITY UPON YOURSELF, TO THE EXCLUSION OF HAUM SPACE AND ALL HAUM SPACE PARTIES.
PART B — IMMERSION PROGRAMS
Applicable Programs
These terms apply to all HAUM Space Immersion programs, currently including:
EMERGE & IGNITE — 40 Hour Immersion
Creative Sequencing & Holding Space — 20 Hour Immersion
Any future Immersion programs offered by HAUM Space will also be governed by these terms unless otherwise specified on the relevant program page on the Website.
1. PROGRAM DETAILS
Full details of each Immersion program — including dates, location or delivery format, content overview, and inclusions — are published on the HAUM Space website (www.haum.space). It is your responsibility to read and understand all program details prior to booking. HAUM Space reserves the right to update program details at any time. The most current version will always be available on the Website.
PLEASE READ AND ENSURE YOU UNDERSTAND ALL IMMERSION PROGRAM DETAILS AND POLICIES PRIOR TO COMPLETING YOUR BOOKING.
2. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Full Payment Required at Booking
To secure your place in an Immersion, full payment is required at the time of booking. Your place is not confirmed until payment has been received in full. HAUM Space reserves the right to release your spot if payment is not completed at the time of booking.
Non-Refundable
All payments made toward an Immersion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, change in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, illness (other than as outlined in the Medical Exception in Section III(c) below), failure to attend, or dissatisfaction with the program.
Currency & Charges
All pricing is in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated. Any foreign currency conversion or international transaction fees are your sole responsibility.
Credit Card Surcharges
A surcharge may apply to credit card payments in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act. The applicable rate is published on the Website.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
a. Cancellation by HAUM Space
HAUM Space reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an Immersion at any time due to insufficient enrolments, circumstances beyond its control, or any other reason at its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation by HAUM Space, participants will be offered a transfer to the next available Immersion at no additional cost. No monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
If an Immersion is rescheduled and the new date does not suit you, HAUM Space may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit note valid for 12 months toward a future Immersion. This is not a guaranteed right and is offered as a goodwill gesture only.
b. Cancellation by You — General
All payments are strictly non-refundable. There is no option to transfer your enrolment to another Immersion under general circumstances.
If you are unable to attend and notify HAUM Space in writing prior to the commencement date, HAUM Space may — entirely at its sole discretion and subject to availability — offer you a place in a future Immersion at 50% of the advertised price of that Immersion at the time of re-enrolment. This is a goodwill gesture only, is not a contractual right, and cannot be relied upon.
c. Medical Exception
If you are unable to attend an Immersion due to a severe and unforeseen medical condition, you may apply to transfer your enrolment to a future Immersion, subject to all of the following conditions being met:
A valid doctor's note or medical certificate, clearly stating that you are medically unfit to attend on the specified dates, must be submitted in writing to hello@haum.space no later than 14 days prior to the Immersion commencement date. Requests submitted after this date will not be considered.

If you do not attend the Immersion without prior written notice to HAUM Space, your enrolment is forfeited in full. No refund, credit, transfer, or deferral will be provided. The Medical Exception outlined in Section III(c) does not apply retroactively to a no-show.
e. Name Changes & Third-Party Transfers
Your Immersion enrolment is personal and non-transferable. You may not gift, sell, or transfer your place to another individual under any circumstances.
4. FORMAT & DELIVERY
Immersions are offered in formats as specified on the relevant program page, which may include in-person intensive or online delivery. It is your responsibility to confirm the delivery format prior to booking.
In-Person Immersions
Where an Immersion is delivered in-person, you are responsible for all associated travel, accommodation, and transport costs. HAUM Space bears no responsibility for any losses arising from travel disruptions, cancellations, or delays.
Online Immersions
Where an Immersion is delivered online, you are responsible for ensuring you have a reliable internet connection and a suitable device to participate. HAUM Space is not liable for any technical issues on your end that prevent or disrupt your participation. No refund or credit will be issued due to technical difficulties on the participant's side.
5. PROGRAM CHANGES
HAUM Space reserves the right to modify the content, structure, schedule, or facilitators of any Immersion program at any time without notice. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund, credit, or transfer.
6. PARTICIPATION, CONDUCT & PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
By enrolling in an Immersion, you confirm that you are over the age of eighteen (18), are in good physical and mental health, and are capable of participating in the program including any physical movement practices. You agree to engage respectfully with HAUM Space facilitators and fellow participants at all times.
HAUM Space reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with the values of the program. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
There is no formal minimum attendance requirement for Immersion programs. However, HAUM Space is not responsible for any content missed due to late arrival, early departure, or non-attendance at any session.
You voluntarily assume all risks inherent in participation in movement-based practices. In no event will HAUM Space, its owners, coaches, or employees be liable for any injury, illness, or other mishap sustained in connection with an Immersion program.
7. MEDIA RELEASE
By enrolling in an Immersion, you grant HAUM Space and its representatives the right to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute your image, likeness, and voice as captured during the Immersion, worldwide and in perpetuity, for lawful purposes including marketing and promotional use, without additional compensation. For online Immersions, you additionally grant HAUM Space the right to use any video submissions or other media you provide as part of program requirements.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Immersion Program Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
