BYRON STUDIO
Late arrivals beyond 5 minutes may not be permitted; your spot may be given to another student.
Entry may be refused due to misconduct, intoxication, health concerns, or non-compliance with studio policies.
HAUM Space is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
BOOKINGS & WAITLIST
Bookings must be made via the HAUM Space app, website, or in-studio at the front desk.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Waitlisted students may be auto-enrolled up to 30 minutes before class. Last-minute openings go to the first to respond.
By booking a class or event, you agree to all HAUM Space terms and conditions.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancel at least 1 hour prior to class to avoid penalties.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeited class credits.
This policy ensures all students have a fair opportunity to practise.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Students must be 14+ years old to attend classes.
Participation is at your own risk. Please inform staff of any medical conditions, including pregnancy.
HAUM Space reserves the right to deny participation if safety is a concern.
Hands-on adjustments are offered with consent and may be declined at any time.
PRICING
All sales are final; no refunds.
Prices are in AUD and may change without notice.
SPECIAL OFFERS
Travellers Weekly: Valid for 7 days. Non-extendable.
Locals Intro Offer: Valid for 14 days. New students only. Non-extendable. One-time offer.
21 Day Studio Pass: Valid for 21 days. Non-extendable. Only valid for the period of the Studio Challenge.
CLASS PACKS & DROP IN
Single class passes expire 14 days from purchase.
10-Class Packs expire 3 months from purchase.
Class packs are non-transferable and cannot be used for workshops or events.
MEMBERSHIPS
Can be paused for 2–6 weeks, up to 12 weeks per year, with 2 weeks' notice.
Cancellations require 2 weeks' written notice before your next billing date.
Late cancellation and no-show policies apply.
Memberships may not be shared.
Auto-renew memberships require consistent payment; missed payments may lead to cancellation.
The $250 monthly upfront membership is set to auto-renew and will continue billing until cancelled.
WORKSHOPS & EVENTS CANCELLATION POLICY
All tickets are final sale and non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will result in full forfeiture of payment.
Tickets may be transferred to another person with at least 72 hours’ notice.
No refunds or credits will be issued for change of mind, injury, illness, relocation, or other personal circumstances.
Arrive at least 10 minutes early — late entry is not permitted.

CANCELLATIONS BY HAUM SPACE
HAUM Space may cancel your booking if full payment is not received.
If a class, masterclass, workshop, or retreat is cancelled by HAUM Space (e.g., low enrolment), you will receive a full refund.
No additional refunds, credits, or compensation will be offered beyond what is outlined here.
RETREATS
All retreat bookings are subject to the HAUM Space Retreat Participant Agreement.
Retreat tickets are non-refundable except where otherwise stated in the participant agreement.
Cancellations, transfers, or refunds are handled as per the retreat agreement terms.
Attendance requires compliance with HAUM Space policies to ensure a safe and respectful environment.

HAUM ONLINE
Payment plans, including subscriptions and rentals, may be modified at HAUM Online’s discretion.
Users agree to make timely payments and can manage billing details via their account settings.
Subscriptions will continue to auto-renew until cancelled. To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made before renewal.
7-Day Free Trial
New users receive unlimited access to all HAUM Online content during a 7-day free trial period.
Access & Content
Enjoy 24/7 unlimited access to a vast and growing library of yoga classes.
New classes are added weekly.
Entry to the exclusive member-only community portal.
Cancellation & Subscription Management
You may cancel your HAUM Online membership at any time by logging into your account and selecting “Settings” under your profile.
To pause or cancel your recurring subscription:
Log into your account and click your Profile (top right corner).
Select Purchases.
Click End Membership to pause or cancel your membership.
To change your membership plan or update billing information:
Log into your account and click Profile > Purchases.
To change plans, click Manage Plan under the Membership section and follow prompts.
To update billing info, click Change Payment Method under Payment Method and enter new details.
HAUM Online Refund Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase, subject to the following:
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the transaction date.
Requests should include your reason for refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
Services or products already used or accessed may not be eligible for a full refund.
Annual memberships are non-refundable and cannot be converted or prorated to monthly memberships.
GIFT CARDS
Valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
Not redeemable for cash or transferable.
PAYMENT
All payments are processed via Stripe, a third-party provider.
Additional bank fees may apply.
