Peak Pose Sequencing
SEQUENCE WITH INTELLIGENCE, CREATIVITY AND HEART.
Join Tahl Rinsky online for a four week online immersion in the art of peak pose sequencing. You'll learn a creative, safe and intelligent way to build master sequences and work with bigger asanas. Your classes will stay relatable and interesting for every level of practice, whether or not the peak is ever reached.
Sequencing is more than putting together a series of poses. It is an art form, and peak pose sequencing is where that art comes alive. It took me many, many years to get it down. It was my first stop after my 200-hour training, and I'm so glad it wasn't taught there, because I would have been completely overwhelmed.
Krama follows straight on from your 200-hour training. It's online, so it's easier to fit around your life and your budget. It is for yoga teachers ready to create thoughtful, safe and inspiring classes. If you've done Tahl's 20-hour in-person creative sequencing training, it's a beautiful refresher and a chance to unpack another layer.

Held in a Live Container
FOR TEACHERS READY FOR THEIR NEXT LAYER, THIS IMMERSION IS FOR YOU
We all yearn to be held in a live container. Even if you can't join the call, knowing we are gathering nudges you that little bit further. You can ask questions in real time and stay connected through WhatsApp. With Tahl's support, you take in the material and move straight into creating amazing sequences, rather than leaving with a half-finished course.
What's included:
3 pre-recorded vinyasa classes
3 x 90-minute live Zoom calls, all recorded
A sequencing manual with full class breakdowns
Exercises and templates to build your own classes
A live, interactive WhatsApp group for guidance where you feel stuck
2 years of access to all material
Live calls: Saturday, November 14, 21 and 28 (AEDST)
Investment: $450 AUD (HAUM graduates $299 AUD)
The pathway to the peak
Learn to see a peak pose clearly, including its key actions and what it asks of the body. Then map an intelligent pathway that opens and activates everything the body needs to arrive safely.
The arc across time
Shape a class that rises and returns. Posture families, transitions and counterposes weave into one continuous thread that fits a real 60-minute class.
Teaching across levels with confidence
Offer options and progressions so every student feels included and challenged, whether they reach the peak or not.
