Welcome to Threshold.

Threshold is a half-day immersion that is both educational and experiential, where ancient Rites of Passage wisdom meets the living, embodied practice of yoga.

This is not a lecture. It is not a workshop where you take notes and drive home with a handout. It is an educational experience that moves through your body, opens something in you, and gives you the language and the map to create the same conditions for transformation in the people you lead.

You were not meant to navigate change alone.

Something is missing in the way we lead.

We have the frameworks, the strategies, the certifications. We know how to sequence a class, how to hold space, how to guide a room.

But have you ever walked away wondering: why wasn't it as transformational as I hoped?

The missing piece isn't just technique. It's a threshold.

Traditional communities understood that before anything truly transforms — a person, a group, a life — something must be ritually acknowledged. Something must be released. And something new must be welcomed in.

This is the architecture of a Rite of Passage. And it is the single most powerful tool a leader, facilitator, or yoga teacher can learn to use.

People participating in a yoga or stretching class, with their arms raised and bent at the waist, in a studio with string lights on the ceiling.

Who is this Immersion for?

What to expect:

People participating in a yoga or meditation class in a peaceful indoor setting, sitting on mats with eyes closed and hands in a prayer position, sunlight streaming in through large windows.

Meet the Facilitators

TAHL RINSKY

Founder of HAUM
| Master Yoga Teacher | Byron Bay

Tahl Rinsky is one of Australia's most respected yoga teachers and the founder of HAUM — a community devoted to authentic self-expression, growth, and connection through embodied practice. Trained in Ashtanga and Vinyasa, and having studied with some of the world's most renowned teachers, Tahl brings decades of global practice and a mother's grounded understanding of real life to every class she teaches.

She has headlined the Wanderlust Festival in Australia multiple times, co-founded the world-renowned Byron Bay studio Creature Yoga, and built HAUM as a global community offering daily practice, teacher trainings, and retreats both online and in-person. As an ambassador and teacher for Centr, she reaches a global audience with her dynamic, deeply human approach to yoga.

Tahl is herself an alumna of the Rites of Passage Leadership Training — and it is this shared language between body and threshold that makes her collaboration with Dr. Arne so extraordinarily powerful.

"Haum is an embodiment of the human essence — ageless, vibrant, and deeply connected to life's rhythms."

DR. ARNE RUBINSTEIN OAM

Founder, Rites of Passage Institute
| Medical Doctor | Author | Speaker

Dr. Arne Rubinstein is one of the world's foremost authorities on Rites of Passage and transformational leadership. A medical doctor, counsellor, mentor, author, and facilitator with over 30 years of experience, Arne has dedicated his career to making the ancient wisdom of Rites of Passage accessible and relevant to the modern world.

The programs, camps, and trainings he has developed have reached more than 450,000 people across 20+ countries. Some of Australia's largest schools have implemented his Rites of Passage Framework as a cornerstone of their community wellbeing programs. He is the author of The Making of Men and a passionate advocate for the idea that connected communities — not isolated individuals — are the foundation of genuine human flourishing.

Arne's goal is simple and profound: to make Rites of Passage mainstream once again. In doing so, he believes we can raise healthier young people, build more resilient communities, and develop the kind of leaders the world genuinely needs.

"I believe that connecting with each other on a deeper level and creating genuine human experiences is how we can create and grow healthy humans and communities." — Dr. Arne Rubinstein
