THE COCOON

Plug back into the current of creative expression.

Bask & Stow, Byron Bay
March 27–29, 2026

Join the Cocoon

A 3-day immersive experience for women who are called to reconnect with their muse, their creative life force, their body, and the feminine intelligence that moves beneath habit and structure.

This is not a traditional yoga retreat.

It’s an intimate container for self-expression, inquiry, and creative unfolding.

The Offering

The Cocoon weaves together yoga, meditation, somatic dance, sound, and intentional fine art workshops to create the conditions for creativity to re-emerge. This experience is not about producing an impressive piece of art and does not require any previous experience with fine arts or movement.

It’s about accepting our chaos, feeling our emotions, reconnecting with the body, and tuning into the nervous system. Learning to trust our intuition and connecting with our birthright as women to plug back into our unique creative expression, making love to our muse.

Creativity here is understood as a relationship, not a talent. A listening practice rather than an outcome.

Throughout the weekend, we move between structure and chaos, stillness and movement. Practices are designed to lessen control, feel, mobilise, and express emotion; trust our sensitivity and inner architecture; inspire the artist; and flow with the muse.

What is Included:

→ Daily yoga and embodied movement practices
→ Meditation, breathwork, and inquiry
→ Somatic dance and sound
→ Fine art, mixed-media creative workshops
→ 2 Daily delicious, abundant meals, all sourced from local farm-to-table ingredients
→ A 90-minute post-retreat integration group call

The integration call will take place after the retreat and is designed to support you in landing and weaving insights back into your daily life, establishing home practices to continue supporting the work.

The Story Behind This Work

I grew up watching my mother paint; her studio was our living room. My dad worked in film. Creativity was always around me, not as something precious or separate, just part of daily life.

In my twenties, my love affair with yoga began. Movement became my creative expression. In my thirties, moving through divorce, I found the meeting point of yoga and art through photography.

Now in my forties, after years of building a brand and working inside very structured systems, my creativity thinned. The muse left.

When I went looking, I found her through art, movement, sensation, dance and listening to my emotions, my chaos, my feminine current.

The Cocoon was born from that process.

Although new, it's been a long time coming. I’ve been quietly and not so quietly at times, percolating with my practice and exploring things in my own body. If you're feeling pulled and you can’t explain why, this is more than perfect. I invite you to have courage and take a step towards your calling.
