The intention for this space is something the Italians know well.
Il dolce far niente
Not doing nothing, but remembering how to live well. Returning to a natural state of joy and delight through simplicity, beauty, movement, food, and rest. Alongside this, adventure and novelty are woven in. These are the elements that reconnect us to aliveness, curiosity, and the joy of being fully here.
This retreat is intentionally small and curated with care.
With a max of 8 participants, the experience allows us to deepen our connection with one another, establish a shared rhythm, and receive personal care from me that isn't possible with larger groups.
The Location
Lake Como lies at the border of Switzerland and Italy, approximately 45 minutes by train from Milan. Our home, Casa Mia, is located in the village of Carate Urio, around 20 minutes by car from the town of Como.
The house is tucked into a small woodland, halfway up a hill, and is reached via cobblestone paths. It’s around a 10 minute walk from the lake, or a 5-minute walk from the main road above.

All prices are in EUR. The retreat is designed to share rooms and is very suitable for couples or close friends. We understand you may wish to travel alone, so we have priced a King Single option.

PAYMENT POLICY
DEPOSIT POLICY – To secure your place, a $1000 non-refundable deposit is required, with the balance owed 4 months (120 days) before the start date of the retreat or training start date. HAUM does not offer refunds for any reason. Deposit is non-refundable and required to secure booking. See our payment terms and conditions for more details.
TRAVEL INSURANCE – Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, this is why it is imperative to get travel insurance as soon as you have paid the deposit. Please make sure that natural disasters and personal injuries are covered. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.
